Without a doubt, ever since Raf Simons became the creative director of Dior, the aesthetic of the brand has gone back to the old glamorous root. Also, floral has been a major elements in these collections we have seen so far. This illustration by Artaksiniya is a good way to reflect the rebirth of this brand.

This piece is inspired by the brand’s S/S 2014 collection. First of all, I like the combination of this outfit, because it actually reminds me of a flower. The pink top adds a nice touch, as it injects energy to the illustration. The magical part of this illustration is the flower. It’s very abstract and looks like as if it is growing from the clothes (perhaps it is the guardian of this girl?).
