Illustration.Files: F/W 2013 Haute Couture Collections by Roberto Sánchez (Part 1)

It’s always interesting to see how illustrators evolve over a period time. I have been following Roberto Sánchez‘s works for quite awhile now and recently, he has gone back to traditional hand drawing and the results are stunning.

These few pieces are based on the F/W 2013 Haute Couture collections. As you know, couture pieces are always delicate (many of them are all hand made) so I find it is a right fit for Roberto to use pastel to create these illustrations, as this medium gives me an organic and whimsical vibe. These images also remind me of fairytale characters. Do you agree?

Keep an eye on this site as I will show you the 2nd part of this series soon.
